Our Commitment
Big Bow Solutions LLC is committed to making bigbow.com (the “Site”) usable for as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We are working to have the Site meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

How We Support Accessibility
Our ongoing efforts include:
Captions on our video content
Text descriptions for images that carry information, including screenshots of client messages
Readable type sizes and sufficient color contrast
Navigation that works with a keyboard and with screen readers
Reviewing new pages and content for accessibility before they are published

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review the Site regularly and make improvements as we find opportunities. Some content may not yet be fully accessible, and we are actively working to improve it.
