Shelbee holds a B.A. in Communications and Sociology from the University of California, Davis. Based in the Bay Area, she spends her free time traveling, staying active, and practicing gratitude with her two dogs.

But Shelbee’s journey to leadership wasn’t linear — it was transformative. In 2022, she spent nearly a year in a federal prison camp, where she earned her Paralegal Certification and began assisting others navigating their own legal challenges. What began as a moment of personal reckoning became a catalyst for purpose: a deeper understanding of justice, structure, and human resilience.
