I am Shelbee, the founder of Big Bow Solutions. I partner with established founders and expert-led businesses as their operations, marketing, and growth partner, so the business can keep growing without everything running through them.
How it usually starts
I come in for one thing. Then I see everything else.
Clients rarely bring me in for the whole business. They need a website, marketing that keeps slipping, or a team that needs organizing.
Then I start seeing the rest. The process that makes something take twice as long as it should. The responsibility no one is actually leading. The places the founder is still more involved than they need to be. The opportunity no one has had the capacity to pursue.
I do not just point at the problem. I work out what needs to happen, and I start moving it forward.
What I believe
Your business should not need you for everything.
A founder should not have to personally push every priority across the finish line.
Good support does not just take tasks off your plate.
It takes real responsibility for the outcome, so the business keeps its quality, momentum, and brand without everything running through you.
Before Big Bow
Where I learned to see it through.
I have spent more than 14 years in business operations, marketing, and growth. I have supported nonprofits serving underserved communities, government agencies, global corporate teams, small businesses scaling out of startup mode, and entrepreneurs and creatives building personal brands, across tech, e-commerce, real estate, legal, consulting and professional services, community services, lifestyle and fitness, and coaching.
That experience shapes how I work now. I know what it means when the client relationship, the deadline, and the result all matter at once.

I built Big Bow Solutions because I kept watching talented people carry weight that was not theirs to carry.
Not because they lacked support, but because the support around them was not built for the level they were operating at. This is the gap I am dedicated to closing, with the right structure, a diverse skill set, and the kind of care that works before anyone has to ask.

Most operations support stops at the backend. I also look at the front of the business, from the brand and the messaging to the marketing and every place a client meets it. I am not here to design your graphics. I am here to know whether they are right, and whether the execution matches the strategy and the standard of your brand.
